How do I clean my earring?

You have to be careful with the products

First of all, we recommend that you avoid it as much as possible. Contact with cosmetic products . By this, we mean perfumes, creams, cosmetics, and chemicals. The risk? Creams, for example, can leave marks on your jewelry or create deposits between the stones and the settings. After all, the goal is for them to retain their superb shine, color, and brilliance for as long as possible!


It's also important to be careful when showering. While stainless steel is resistant to oxidation and moisture, it's best to remove your jewelry before showering. Just like lotion, soap can leave residue and become trapped in your jewelry. However, if you decide to wear them to the gym anyway, remember to rinse them carefully and then dry them with a dry cloth (as you would after a shower) to preserve their shine!


Furthermore, it is important to clarify that our jewelry does not contain They contain no nickel , meaning you won't risk any allergies or irritation if you choose to wear them for sports; in fact, sweat can worsen the effects of nickel on sensitive individuals. Our materials therefore pose no risk in this regard!

Where can I find my order number?

You will find your order number in the order confirmation email sent after your purchase.

You will also find your order number in the shipping confirmation you receive after your order has been sent.

Can I modify my order?

For security reasons, no changes can be made to an order once your payment has been validated.

Therefore, we will not be able to change the delivery method once the order has been placed.

How long does shipping take?

The delivery time of your package is managed solely by the carrier you selected when placing your order. We cannot confirm a specific delivery date.

How can I return my order?

To make your return, we invite you to go to your Gigi Fever personal space , by logging in with the email address used for the purchase.

You will then need to click on the relevant order and request the return of the desired items, specifying the reason for each one.

You will of course be notified by email at each stage of the cancellation process.

Please note that you have 14 days from receipt of your package to return your order. We do not offer exchanges, only refunds for returned items, excluding shipping and return costs.

Upon receipt of the package at our premises, the refund will be made to the bank card or gift card, depending on the payment method used for your order.

If the order is returned beyond this legal period and without tracking information, your refund cannot be processed.

What should I do if I receive a defective piece of jewelry?

We apologize for this inconvenience.

If you receive defective/non-conforming jewelry, please send us an email to gena@gigifever.com indicating your order number.

Please note that you have 72 hours from the delivery date to file a claim for a defective item. After this period, the warranty will be activated.

If our quality department validates your request, we will proceed with the refund of the item to the payment method used at the time of purchase (bank card or gift card).

What should I do if an item is missing/extra in my order?

For a missing piece of jewelry, we advise you to first check in the small pink pouch; the fine jewelry may be hidden there.

If this is not the case, please send us an email to gena@gigifever.com. We will then review the video of your order being prepared.

If you receive an item that was not part of your order, we also invite you to send us an email indicating your order number, a photo of the item received in error as well as the reference of the missing jewelry.

Can I wear my Gigi jewelry underwater?

We recommend removing your Gigi Fever jewelry before any contact with water. It may lose some of its shine over time due to limescale, perspiration, and perfume.
