We know that some jewelry is so light that we almost forget we're wearing it! Yet, Remove your earrings before going to bed and avoiding sleeping with them remains the wisest thing to do to preserve them.

While fleas don't pose much of a risk, jewelry with chains or hooks can easily get damaged overnight by snagging on your clothes, getting tangled, or simply getting lost! And unfortunately, this isn't just for sleepwalkers: yes, a simple uncontrolled movement could accidentally damage your beloved earring.

So be very careful to remove them before going to sleep.

It is generally not recommended to do sports with jewelry, and although our earrings and piercings are waterproof and will therefore resist sweat, it is still preferable to remove them to avoid damaging them during your sporting session.

It should be noted that sweat contains water, but also a lot of acid which could damage the part of the jewelry in contact with the skin (i.e. damage the plating, or even blacken silver-based jewelry).

However, if you decide to wear them to the gym anyway, remember to rinse them carefully and then dry them with a dry cloth (as you would after a shower) to preserve their shine!

Furthermore, it is important to clarify that our jewelry does not contain They contain no nickel , meaning you won't risk any allergies or irritation if you choose to wear them for sports; in fact, sweat can worsen the effects of nickel on sensitive individuals.
